It's ironic. The job search process demands confidence but it's probably the least confidence producing activity around, especially these days. Recently, with my hodgepodge of part-time gigs and scattered involvements I've been considering the role of confidence in work. Looking for work often means performing in the now. Confidence must permiate the then, now, and later. Therefore, inspiration for it must exist. How do you organize your life for a confidence #win?
