Defining Community Partnerships: A Foundation for Any Community Relationship

Where the Disscussion Should Be: Planning and strategic direction, a conversational fix to consistent failure

I’ve heard many organizations talk and talk about creating visions, mission statements, a strategic direction, partnerships, and etc. Often all of this talk never equals much change. There is this disconnect between following the planning steps to a ‘T’ and actual success.
